ESG Advisory & Reporting consultants in Taloja.

ESG Advisory & Reporting in Taloja, on the ground where the work actually is, the Taloja MIDC chemical and pharmaceutical estate, its common effluent plant and the housing nodes that now surround it, carried by one accredited team, from the first baseline to the signed-off report.

Why Taloja

The local ground esg advisory & reporting sits on.

Listed companies and their supply-chain vendors

Taloja is an industrial estate that people now live beside. The MIDC area holds chemical, pharmaceutical, food and engineering units, many running reactors, solvents and boilers under consents renewed for decades. Their effluent goes to a common treatment plant, and their hazardous waste to the common disposal facility nearby. Across the road, CIDCO's housing in Taloja Phase I and II and the villages of Pendhar and Navade have filled with families. Compliance here is read by two audiences: the regulator, and the neighbours who notice the smell first.

ESG requests reach Taloja through its customers. Pharmaceutical units supplying multinational buyers face supplier assessments covering emissions, water, waste and worker safety. Chemical units selling to listed Indian companies receive BRSR value-chain questionnaires. For most of these plants, steam from coal or oil-fired boilers and the solvent balance dominate the footprint, and water use is watched closely. We build the figures from boiler logs, meter readings, purchase records and waste manifests, so each one can be traced when the customer checks it. The work is carried from our base in the region by named people, start to finish, not passed down a chain.

ESG Advisory & Reporting · Taloja

The disclosure mandate starts at the top of the pyramid. The data demand runs all the way down it.

Local demand

What drives esg advisory & reporting in Taloja.

The second driver is the customer. Many Taloja units make active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and specialty chemicals for buyers in regulated markets, and those buyers audit their suppliers on environment, health and safety as well as quality. Listed Indian customers reporting under SEBI's BRSR ask for energy, water, waste and emissions data. EPR adds a third strand: drums, bags and liners that carry product to customers can bring a CPCB registration and an annual return. Each request lands on the same small EHS team.

Pharmaceutical buyers in Europe and North America now assess suppliers against industry programmes that cover environment, labour and safety, and they visit. The same buyers set emissions targets that reach their chemical and ingredient suppliers. In Taloja this puts boiler fuel, solvent recovery and effluent performance in front of commercial teams, not only the plant manager. Units that answer these questions with measured data keep their place on approved-supplier lists. Units that cannot are asked to explain.

Local means the node, not the pin on the map. We carry esg advisory & reporting across the Taloja nodes and the wider Mumbai Metropolitan Region: where the units, plots and projects actually sit.

Straight answers

ESG Advisory & Reporting in Taloja: common questions.

01A customer wants our solvent recovery rate. How do we measure it?

From a solvent balance. Record what you buy, what you recover and reuse, what leaves as waste to the common facility, and what is lost to air. The difference between purchases and recovered volume, checked against batch records, gives the recovery rate. We set up the balance once, check it against purchase invoices and manifests, and repeat it each year.

02Residents in Taloja Phase II have complained about odour. Could it lead to action against our unit?

It can lead to an inspection, and an inspection reads the whole record. MPCB may sample your stacks and effluent and check your solvent handling. Odour complaints in Taloja rarely name one unit, so evidence that your emissions are controlled matters. We check likely sources on site (vents, scrubbers, storage and effluent pits) and help you answer in writing.

03How long does esg advisory & reporting take in Taloja, and who is involved?

MPCB Raigad (Taloja) · MIDC Taloja · SEIAA Maharashtra · CPCB (EPR) · SEBI (BRSR) are the bodies a Taloja project works with. On timing: reporting-cycle driven; strategy ongoing. KIPL sets out a realistic Taloja schedule once the site and the scope have been read, and carries the work through to the outcome, with comparable work on the record such as SHENDRA AND BIDKIN INDUSTRIAL AREA, AURANGABAD.
