Group & Multi-Site Compliance

A group does not have one environment file. It has one for every site, each on its own calendar, and a board that has to answer for all of them at once.

How we work this market

Every site on one calendar, and one honest view of the group.

One accredited team carries the work from the first assessment to the compliance report years later, so responsibility never changes hands at the gate that matters.

The brief

What this market actually asks of an environmental partner.

Corporate groups and multinationals rarely fail compliance at a single plant. They fail it in aggregate: a consent renewed late at one unit, an EPR return missed at another, a legal register nobody has updated since the last acquisition. The exposure is not technical, it is administrative, and it scales with the number of sites.

KIPL holds that layer for corporate clients including AkzoNobel, Allcargo and AGP: consents and renewals across sites, EPR registration and returns, hazardous and solid-waste compliance, environmental due diligence on acquisitions, and the carbon and ESG work the parent reports upward. One team, one calendar, one view of where the group actually stands.

Why the file bites

The drivers that decide this market, layer by layer.

01

Exposure scales with sites

Every additional unit adds consents, returns and deadlines, and the risk is the one nobody is watching.

02
BRSR

The parent has to disclose

Listed and multinational parents report environmental performance, so site data has to roll up and reconcile.

03

Acquisitions inherit liabilities

Environmental due diligence decides what a deal is actually buying, before it is bought.

Straight answers

Group & Multi-Site Compliance, answered.

What does KIPL do for a corporate group rather than a single site?

We hold the compliance layer across all of the group's sites: MPCB consents and renewals, EPR registration and returns, waste compliance, legal registers, and the carbon and ESG work the parent discloses. The value is one calendar and one consolidated view rather than each unit filing on its own.

Do you handle environmental due diligence for acquisitions?

Yes. A target's environmental position (live consents, outstanding conditions, waste liabilities, contaminated land exposure) is assessed before the deal closes, because those liabilities transfer with the asset.

How is this different from your corporate campus work?

A campus is one estate: its green buffer, treatment plant and landscaping. This is the group above it: many sites, many consents, and the reporting line the board answers on. Many clients need both.
