Privacy Policy

We collect very little through this website, and we say plainly what it is. This policy explains what personal data we hold, why, for how long, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

Last updated 24 September 2026

01Who we are

This website, kiplenviro.com, is operated by Kesari Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. ("KIPL", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its corporate office at 907, Cyber One, Opp. CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703.

For the personal data described in this policy, KIPL is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: we decide why and how that data is processed, and we are responsible for it.

02What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website, and to personal data you send us by email or telephone using the contact details published here.

It does not cover the websites of others that we link to, such as publications, video platforms or regulators. Their own policies apply there.

03The personal data we collect

Information you give us:

  • Job applications. When you apply through our careers page we collect your name and email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your telephone number, LinkedIn profile, a covering message, and your CV.
  • Enquiries. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, organisation, contact details and the details of your project.

Photographs published on this site:

  • Our people. This site carries photographs of our colleagues: portraits on the team pages, and the festivals, offsites and site visits on our culture page. Where a person is identifiable, that photograph is personal data about them and we are the Data Fiduciary for it.
  • Our work, and the people in it. Project photographs may show colleagues, contractors and client personnel on site. We publish them to record the work, not to identify anyone, and we do not caption people by name unless they have agreed to be named.

Information collected automatically: like any website, our servers record technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not collect: this website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not build a profile of you. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as financial, health or biometric information.

04How we use it, and on what basis

  • To assess a job application and contact you about it: on the basis of the consent you give when you submit it.
  • To reply to an enquiry and, where you ask, prepare a proposal: for the purpose for which you voluntarily provided the data.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website: using technical logs, a legitimate use permitted by law.
  • To show who we are and what we do, the photographs of our people described above, on the basis of the consent of those shown. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and a photograph will be removed when it is.
  • To comply with a legal obligation, a court order or a lawful request from a public authority.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

05Cookies

The public pages of this website do not set cookies, and we use no third-party cookies of any kind.

Our staff content-management area, which is not open to the public, uses strictly necessary cookies to keep authorised staff signed in. These are never used to track visitors.

06Who we share it with

Personal data is seen only by the KIPL staff who need it: applications by the people responsible for hiring, enquiries by the team that will answer them. We share it outside KIPL only:

  • with service providers who host our website and systems or provide our email, under contracts that bind them to protect it and use it only on our instructions;
  • where Indian law, a court or a competent authority requires it; or
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to the same protections set out here.

07Where it is stored, and for how long

Personal data is held on servers operated by us or our hosting providers. If data is ever processed outside India, it will be only where the law permits and with safeguards in place.

  • Job applications: for as long as the role is being filled and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we can consider you for a comparable opening, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Successful candidates' data moves into their employment record.
  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to answer them and, where work follows, for the life of the engagement and the period the law requires us to keep business records.
  • Server logs: for a short period, only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

08How we protect it

We apply reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the data we hold. CVs are stored in a private area of our systems that is not publicly accessible and can be read only by authorised staff. Access to our systems is restricted, password-protected and limited by role.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

09Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have processed it;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it, where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for or you withdraw your consent;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (for example, to withdraw a job application) without affecting processing already done;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity; and
  • ask us to take down a photograph of you published on this site, which we will do without asking you to justify it; and
  • have a grievance about our handling of your data addressed by us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10Children

This website is intended for businesses and job applicants, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Where a change is significant, we will say so on this page.

13Contact and grievances

Questions, requests and grievances about personal data should be sent to our Grievance Officer at [email protected], or by post to: Grievance Officer, Kesari Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd., 907, Cyber One, Opp. CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and resolve it within the time prescribed by law.
