2011
Where it all began
Building the Foundation
KIPL began its journey with a focus on water and environmental infrastructure, establishing the foundation for our understanding of development, resources and environmental management.
2013
Environmental consultancy
Expanding Our Expertise
KIPL expanded into environmental consultancy, supporting projects with environmental assessments, regulatory approvals, compliance and project-specific environmental solutions.
2016
Execution
STP & OWC Projects
KIPL expanded from consultancy into execution, undertaking Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Organic Waste Converter (OWC) projects and strengthening our practical, implementation-oriented capabilities.
2019
Green zone development
Bringing Ecology into the Built Environment
KIPL diversified into Green Zone Development, with capabilities spanning Miyawaki plantations, urban forestry, biodiversity parks, landscaping, tree transplantation and greenbelt development.
2022
Diversification
Sustainable Infrastructure
KIPL further diversified into sustainable infrastructure, bringing together environmental expertise with water and wastewater management, STPs, solid waste management and green infrastructure solutions.

NABET accreditation

NABET accreditation expanded KIPL's recognised consultancy scope to Building & Construction Projects and Township & Area Development Projects. Sectors 38 · 8(a) · B-1 and 39 · 8(b) · B-2.

KIPL further expanded its NABET accreditation across key industrial sectors, strengthening its technical scope for environmental consultancy assignments. Sectors 21 · 5(f) · A, 22 · 5(g) · B and 25 · 5(j) · B.

The environment is our work every day. Rutuparna Foundation, KIPL’s CSR trust formed on 4 October 2021 under the Companies Act, carries that commitment beyond the contract: into awareness, greener cities and cleaner air, water and land, for the communities who live beside the projects we build.
