What it is
CGWA Groundwater NOC, without the guesswork.
Any project drawing groundwater for construction or operation needs a No Objection Certificate from the Central Ground Water Authority. Since the Bhuneer portal replaced NOCAP, the process, the fee structure and the block-notification logic have changed, and most of the internet still describes the old system.
KIPL files CGWA NOCs current to the Bhuneer regime: the hydrogeological report, the water-balance study, the notified / over-exploited block assessment that decides whether abstraction is even permissible, the portal filing itself, and the rainwater-harvesting plan that conditions most approvals.

What’s included
Every component of cgwa groundwater noc.
6 components, each a service in its own right: open any one, or bring us the whole scope and one team carries it.

The process
How the file moves.
You see the whole route on day one; then one accountable team holds it, stage after stage.
Hydrogeological report
The aquifer assessment that underpins any abstraction case.
Water-balance study
Demand against availability: what the project needs versus what the block can sustain.
Block assessment
Whether the location sits in a notified or over-exploited block, which decides permissibility.
Bhuneer filing & RWH
The portal application and the rainwater-harvesting plan that conditions the NOC.
CGWA Groundwater NOC
Groundwater is not free for the taking. The NOC is where a project proves it isn't taking more than the block can give.

Straight answers
CGWA Groundwater NOC: the questions clients ask first.
01What is the Bhuneer portal and how is it different from NOCAP?
Bhuneer is the Central Ground Water Authority's current online system for groundwater NOC applications, which superseded the earlier NOCAP portal. The workflow, document set and fee logic changed with it. Filing on the current portal against the current rules is where most stale online guidance goes wrong.
02Can I get a groundwater NOC in an over-exploited block?
It is far harder, and sometimes not permissible. The notified / over-exploited block assessment is done early precisely because it decides whether abstraction can be authorised at all, and on what conditions, including mandatory recharge.
03Is a rainwater-harvesting plan mandatory for a CGWA NOC?
In practice, yes for most projects: recharge and rainwater harvesting are standard conditions of a groundwater NOC. We prepare the plan as part of the application rather than bolting it on afterwards.
04Who needs a CGWA NOC?
Projects that abstract groundwater beyond exempted limits: industries, large construction, townships and infrastructure. The threshold and process depend on use and location, which the hydrogeological and block assessments settle.

Who we do this for
The same filing reads differently by industry.
What cgwa groundwater noc demands of a data centre is not what it demands of a distillery. These set out the item code, the conditions that bite and the evidence each sector is asked for.
