Usually on the name printed on the pack. The brand owner selling the product commonly holds the plastic packaging obligation, while a producer of packaging or an importer may hold one under a separate category. Contract fillers can land on either side. Registration comes only after your contracts and invoices have been read clause by clause.

02Our dye unit in Vatva sends effluent to the common plant. Do we still carry our own obligations?

Yes. Your consent fixes the volume your unit may discharge to the common plant and the inlet quality it must meet, and that duty stays with you. Hazardous sludge, spent solvent and process residue have to reach an authorised disposal site with manifests. We set your consent beside your production records, so the volumes on paper match what the plant really does.
