Extended Producer Responsibility consultants in Haryana.
Extended Producer Responsibility in Haryana, on the ground where the work actually is, the factory towns strung along the GT Road, Faridabad's forges and foundries, and the new estates on the KMP ring, carried by one accredited team, from the first baseline to the signed-off report.
Why Haryana
The local ground extended producer responsibility sits on.
- Decided with
- HSPCB · SEIAA Haryana · HWRA (groundwater) · HSIIDC · CAQM (NCR districts) · SEBI (BRSR) · CPCB (EPR)
- Local ground
- The Panipat refinery and textile cluster, Faridabad and Ballabgarh, the Kundli, Rai and Barhi estates in Sonipat, the Bawal and Dharuhera belt, and the Yamunanagar and Karnal industrial towns
- Typically for
- Producers, importers, brand owners & recyclers
Haryana's advisory work follows its industry, and its industry follows roads. Panipat pairs Indian Oil's refinery and petrochemical complex with a vast textile recycling trade, where old garments are shredded and respun into blankets, rugs and yarn. Faridabad has decades of forging, casting and engineering. Sonipat's Kundli and Rai estates hold food, footwear and light industry. Yamunanagar makes plywood and metal goods, and the Karnal–Kurukshetra belt mills rice. Newer estates spread along the KMP Expressway. Most of these units are small or mid-sized, and most sell to someone larger.
EPR in Haryana reaches past brand owners to the state's recyclers. Panipat reprocesses post-consumer cloth on a scale few places match, and plastic and e-waste recyclers across the state sell certificates to producers in other states. Makers of tyres, batteries and appliances in Haryana's estates carry producer duties of their own. On both sides, the portals want volumes that tie back to invoices and plant registers, and gaps between them are what draw queries. The team travels from its base in Navi Mumbai and stays named on the work, start to finish, not passed down a chain.

If your product becomes waste, the law now follows it there. EPR is where you account for that.
Local demand
What drives extended producer responsibility in Haryana.
Supply chains carry much of the demand. Vehicle, appliance and consumer-goods makers in and around Haryana file BRSR, and their questionnaires reach the forge shops of Faridabad, the component plants of Bawal and Dharuhera and the packaging units on the GT Road: asking for fuel, electricity, water and waste numbers these firms have seldom tracked. Panipat's textile exporters meet a parallel push from buyers abroad, who want proof of how cloth was sorted, dyed and processed. For many of these firms, the first environmental data they gather is for a customer, not a regulator.
Haryana's EPR duties sit with producers and recyclers alike. Producers of batteries, tyres, electronics and packaged goods in its estates must register and meet targets, while recyclers in the state generate the certificates that producers elsewhere depend on. Each waste stream has its own rules and its own targets, and the portals cross-check volumes between buyer and seller. An error at one end holds up certificates at the other.

Straight answers
Extended Producer Responsibility in Haryana: common questions.
01We recycle plastic in Haryana. How do we issue EPR certificates?
Register as a recycler on the CPCB portal, keep a valid HSPCB consent, and file processed quantities that match your weighbridge and sales records. Certificates are generated against those quantities and sold on to producers. Before registration we reconcile the consent's capacity with actual throughput, since a mismatch is the usual cause of rejection.
02Are CAQM fuel rules applied outside Haryana's NCR districts?
The CAQM's fuel directions bind the Haryana districts inside the NCR, and those districts cover much of the state; its stubble measures reach further, into adjoining areas. Units beyond the NCR follow HSPCB's own conditions on fuel and emissions. A company with plants on both sides of that line needs each checked against its own set.
03How long does extended producer responsibility take in Haryana, and who is involved?
HSPCB · SEIAA Haryana · HWRA (groundwater) · HSIIDC · CAQM (NCR districts) · SEBI (BRSR) · CPCB (EPR) are the bodies a Haryana project works with. On timing: registration weeks; returns annual. KIPL sets out a realistic Haryana schedule once the site and the scope have been read, and carries the work through to the outcome, with comparable work on the record such as EIA for Synthetic Organic Chemical Industry.
