CSR / CER Advisory consultants in Rajasthan.

CSR / CER Advisory in Rajasthan, on the ground where the work actually is, the marble, stone and mineral belts, the textile dyeing towns of Marwar, the NCR-edge estates at Bhiwadi and Neemrana, and the desert's photovoltaic fields, carried by one accredited team, from the first baseline to the signed-off report.

Projects carrying a CER condition in their EC

In Rajasthan, advisory work covers a vast and very dry map. Mines and quarries run along the Aravalli from Udaipur and Rajsamand up through Bhilwara and Alwar, with marble processing at Kishangarh and Makrana and cement plants around Chittorgarh. Pali, Balotra and Jodhpur, towns that dye and print cloth, sit on seasonal rivers that cannot absorb their effluent. Near the Haryana border, two estates hold factories that serve the National Capital Region and Japanese investors. And out past Jodhpur, photovoltaic fields, oil wells and a new refinery are bringing heavy industry to the desert.

Community work in Rajasthan has a long tradition to build on. Villages across the state have kept johads, taankas, nadis and baoris to catch the monsoon for centuries, and restoring them serves drinking water, cattle and recharge at once. Schools need safe water in districts where groundwater carries fluoride or salt. Orans and village commons need protection and native planting. Projects that work with these existing systems, and the villagers who manage them, tend to last beyond the budget. The team travels from its base in Navi Mumbai and stays named on the work, start to finish, not passed down a chain.

CSR / CER Advisory · Rajasthan

CER isn't a cheque to the community. It's a project in the community, and the plan decides whether it lands.

Local demand

What drives csr / cer advisory in Rajasthan.

The first driver is effluent in a land without dilution. Rivers such as the Bandi, Jojari and Luni flow only in the monsoon, so what the dyeing and printing units discharge in the dry months stays on the ground or seeps into it. The NGT has pressed these clusters for years, and common effluent treatment plants and zero-liquid-discharge expectations have followed. Marble slurry, mine waste and fly ash from power plants raise the same question in solid form. RSPCB consents in these sectors carry heavy conditions, and inspections have closed units that could not meet them.

Mining, cement, power and renewable companies carry large CSR and CER commitments in Rajasthan. Clearances require spending on the villages around mines and plants, and district mineral foundations fund further work in mining districts. The state's drought-prone villages ask first for water, then schools and health. Traditional water systems (johads, taankas, nadis) offer an obvious route that villages already understand and will maintain.

Straight answers

CSR / CER Advisory in Rajasthan: common questions.

01Our cement plant owes community work to villages nearby. What lasts in Rajasthan?

Water structures that villages already know how to manage: restored johads and nadis, rooftop taankas at schools and homes, and recharge works on seasonal streams. Local species on grazing land and orans come next. Talks open at the panchayat, agree ownership and maintenance, and report with measured water storage and survival counts, not only photographs.

02Does a marble processing unit in Rajasthan need its own consent?

Generally yes: cutting and polishing units hold RSPCB consents, with conditions on slurry, dust, water and noise. Slurry is the hardest: it must go to a designated dumping yard or to a recognised reuse such as bricks, tiles or cement, not to roadsides or open land. We match the unit's slurry handling to its consent and start the register that proves it.

03How long does csr / cer advisory take in Rajasthan, and who is involved?

RSPCB · SEIAA Rajasthan · RIICO · Mines and Geology Department · CPCB (EPR) · SEBI (BRSR) are the bodies a Rajasthan project works with. On timing: across construction & early operation. KIPL sets out a realistic Rajasthan schedule once the site and the scope have been read, and carries the work through to the outcome, with comparable work on the record such as MCGM GARDEN DEVELOPMENT- MIYAWAKI PLANTATION.
