Dronagiri's newer residential sectors and its large logistics facilities often need their own STPs while the node's network catches up. On low, flat land, gravity drains poorly, and plants sit close to the water table and at risk of monsoon flooding. We raise equipment above flood level, seal tanks against groundwater, size for real occupancy or shift pattern, and plan reuse for flushing, yard washing and dust control.
Dronagiri is CIDCO's node south of the port, named after the hill that rises within it. It was planned for both industry and housing, and its logistics side has grown fastest: container freight stations, warehouses and truck yards serve the port next door. Residential sectors are filling in more slowly. Much of the node was built on low land reclaimed from creek, salt pan and mudflat, and wetlands at its edges fill with migratory birds in winter. Container trucks bound for the port crowd the node's roads at every hour.
