Kulgaon's newer buildings usually depend on an in-house STP, and many were handed over half-finished or never run properly. We design new plants that are simple to operate, sized to real occupancy and built with room for maintenance. For societies left with a plant that has never worked, we begin with the existing equipment (repairing, completing and tuning it) and recommend replacement only when the plant cannot be brought to standard.

Kulgaon is the old village that gave the Kulgaon-Badlapur Municipal Council half of its name, and its core of houses, temples and narrow lanes survives.
