MPCB Consent in Navade, Taloja.
MPCB Consent for Navade: read against this area's own ground, not the city's average.
Why Navade
The ground this work sits on here.
- Area
- Navade, Taloja
- Practice
- Environment Approvals
- Typically for
- Industrial & commercial units across Red/Orange/Green/White categories
Navade's small units (fabrication shops, packaging, storage, servicing) often start as white or green category activities and grow into something more without a new consent. A shop that adds spray painting, or a store that begins holding solvents, changes category. Neighbours living a few metres away tend to notice before the regulator. We check each activity against the category list, file what is needed, and set up the simple records that keep a small unit ready for inspection.
Navade lies on the western side of the Taloja estate, between Kalamboli and Kharghar, around the village of the same name and the Navade Road station on the rail line from Panvel towards Diva. CIDCO developed a small node here of plots and residential buildings, and the estate's industrial plots meet it along its eastern edge. Warehouses, small workshops and service units fill the ground in between. It is a place where families live, and where the estate's trucks and smells are close by. Many of its residents work in the estate, in Kalamboli's yards or further along the rail line.

MPCB Consent in Navade: common questions.
01Our small fabrication unit in Navade has had complaints about paint smell. Do we need consent?
Spray painting generally needs consent, and the odour points to a missing control, such as a spray booth with an extraction and filter system. Adding them usually settles the complaints. We check your activity, file the right consent, and advise on the booth and extraction.
02How long does mpcb consent take in Navade?
On timing: cTE weeks to months; CTO before commissioning. A realistic Navade schedule is set once the site and the scope have been read, and the work is carried through to the outcome by the same named people.
