A 350 kg/day organic waste converter in stainless steel for Satyam Developers at Ghansoli, processing the development's biodegradable waste on site rather than sending it out. The same site runs a 130 KLD MBBR sewage plant.
The brief
A bulk waste generator is required to process its own biodegradable waste on site rather than hand it to the municipal stream. That is a regulatory obligation before it is an environmental preference, and it is the reason these machines are bought.
At 350 kg/day this is among the largest converters in the portfolio, and it is specified in stainless steel rather than powder-coated mild steel: the choice that matters over a decade of wet, acidic, salty organic load, because that is what corrodes a vessel and ends its service life early.
