Why Ulhasnagar 4
The ground this work sits on here.

- Producers, importers, brand owners & recyclers
Many Camp 4 traders put their own brand on the clothes, gadgets and homeware they sell, a growing share of it sold through online marketplaces. Once a trader's name is on the packaging, the plastic packaging rules may treat that trader as a brand owner, and electronics bring e-waste obligations too. We identify what is sold, in what packaging and under whose name, and register only if the rules actually bite. Annual returns follow, backed by certificates from registered recyclers.
Ulhasnagar 4 lies towards the centre of the city, another of the camps that grew from barracks into a close grid of lanes and buildings. It is dense and mixed: homes, shops, wholesale traders and small manufacturers share buildings and streets. Garment making, stitching and finishing, trading in electronics and household goods, and small workshops run from ground floors and back rooms. Some of the city's washing and dyeing activity has operated in and around the camps. As elsewhere in the city, older buildings are reaching the end of their lives, and redevelopment is beginning to change the camp.
