The brief
Eighty-five acres at Junagadh, split between two different commitments: sixty acres developed from the ground up, and an Annual Maintenance Contract carrying a further twenty-five that was already planted.
The split matters more than the total. Development and maintenance are different disciplines (one establishes, the other keeps what was established alive through the years when a planting scheme is most often lost) and holding both on one site is what makes the green zone durable rather than seasonal.
