Across roughly 24,000 square metres at Jamnagar and Junagadh, KIPL raised a Miyawaki forest and green landscape for one of India's largest industrial groups: over 82,000 native plants, taken from bare ground to established plantation in a single four-month execution window.
The brief
On an operating industrial estate, green cover does real work: heat management, dust control, biodiversity and licence to operate. The mandate was to establish dense native forest and green landscape quickly, across roughly 24,000 square metres of Gujarat estate land, and to have it living, not just planted.
Speed and survival usually pull against each other. The project was structured to deliver both: phase-wise execution to keep plantation systematic and growth healthy, with the full works closed inside four months.
